Avoid Nervousness Through Herbs

Nervousness is a humance characteristic that's staying naturally on our mind. It sometimes very annoying when we face an important situation. But you don't need to be worried of this natural "disease" of mind, because I will give you some herbal tips to prevent it if you will face an important situation. I got this tips on a Dian Dincin Buchman's book.
Cumin. Tiny amount of cumin oil (2 to 3 drops of oil to a drop of sugar) can help depress nervous irritability.
Chamomile. Drink chamomile flower tea during the day and before bedtime. It will help you to relief nervousness ad fatigue.

Clove. Add bruised cloves to any tea to relieve nervous irritability.
Lime or linden flowers. Linden flower tea quiets the nerves and promote seep. The tea may also be used for infants.
Valerian. A discote of valerian will relieve extreme nervous attack, unease, nervous headache due to flatulence, or quiet body after unusual shock or excitement.
