Healthy benefits of Almond Milk

Do you like Almond? I like chocolate, and I know almond nut because it is usually used for basic of chocolate bar. This also can be produced to be milk almond. Almond are very delicious, but it also nutritious. Do you know that almond has much nutrition to make us stay well?


Almonds are a source of essential fatty acid and a startling amount of protein. The fact is it takes only ten almonds to equal a half pound of meat. Centuries ago, village healers realized that whole almonds is really difficult to be metabolized by body. Because of that, they created a milky treat from soaked almodns and water plus honey and vanilla. That's the history of almonds milk.

This almond milk has special ability to muffle illness, especially to control a fever, alleviate chest coughs, and heal a baby's crusty scalp or cradle cap.



This is the recipe of almond milk :
1. Soak a cup of almond overnight in water.
2. Discard the water on the next morning.
3. Blend at high speed for two minutes the combination of soaked almonds with 1,5 cups of fresh water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 5 ice cubes.

Avoid Nervousness Through Herbs

Nervousness is a humance characteristic that's staying naturally on our mind. It sometimes very annoying when we face an important situation. But you don't need to be worried of this natural "disease" of mind, because I will give you some herbal tips to prevent it if you will face an important situation. I got this tips on a Dian Dincin Buchman's book.

Cumin. Tiny amount of cumin oil (2 to 3 drops of oil to a drop of sugar) can help depress nervous irritability.

Chamomile. Drink chamomile flower tea during the day and before bedtime. It will help you to relief nervousness ad fatigue.

Clove. Add bruised cloves to any tea to relieve nervous irritability.

Lime or linden flowers
. Linden flower tea quiets the nerves and promote seep. The tea may also be used for infants.

Valerian. A discote of valerian will relieve extreme nervous attack, unease, nervous headache due to flatulence, or quiet body after unusual shock or excitement.

Calming Effect and Curing Ability of Chamomile Tea

Have you ever tasted chamomile tea? Did you get relaxed? Yes, many researches told that chamomile tea (chamomile flower extract) has a calming effect or relaxing effect. Not only that, this beautiful flower extract has a lot of curing ability. It has been used as folk natural remedy since so many years ago.

Relieving from Nightmare. The calming and relaxing effect of chamomile is believed can relieving people from nightmare. Gypsies who lived in Romania always use it for relieving from nightmare. With the tea splashed over our face, arms , hands and feet, mosquitoes won't come near us. This is the safer way than mosquitoes repellent lotion or mosquitoes poison spray that usually we use.

Lemon Juice is really fresh beverage that you can use for your dessert. the taste is sweet and a bit sour, but it depends on your appetite, whether want to make it sweet or sour. Beside for beverage, do you know Lemon that fruit can be used as remedy or for keeping your healthy body? Yes, I will explain some of super benefits of Lemon fruit, especially Lemon juice that we usually consume.


1. Fever. Lemon juice can be used as a herbal remedy to soothe fever. It have been used in the mediteranian area to control fever attacks. Lemon is refrigerant plant that useful in all inflammatory and feverish conditions. You could take a fresh washed lemon, cut it into thin slice, simmer it into non-alumunium pot with 3 large cups of water. Make it to one cup juice and consume it.

2. Heart problem. Lemon juice is very good for our heart. Lemon juice plus water has sedative action and can help sedate nervous palpitations. But anyone who thinks that have any heart problem should consult the physician to choose herbal remedy for him/her.

3. Itching. Fresh squeezed lemon juice is very useful for relieving itching.

4. Liver. Lemon juice is very healthy for liver. Lemon with water will support bile activity within the body. Consume it to keep your lever in good condition.

Super Healthy Benefits of Asparagus Soup For Our Body

Asparagus soup is very delicious meal and it's one of my favourite from many kind of soup. It's very luscious if we eat it when it still hot. It will more delicious and more sensation if it's served with crab meat. Beside its delicious, do you know it have more benefits for us especially for our organ health?


1. Heart. Asparagus has really great benefit for our heart. Asparagus shoots and roots are very diurectic and can help with edema caused by heart trouble.

2. Liver. As you have known on my previous post about the way to keep your liver healthy, asparagus is one of most important food that can make your liver in good condition. Asparagus have a stimulating action on liver and it can increase the flow of liquid in our body.

3. Kidney. Asparagus can make liquid flow of our body going fluently. The minerals and asparagin stimulate the kidney and even contribut a special smell to the urine immediately after eating.

The crab on asparagus soup also very healthy. It has good protein for our body, low fat and of course very tasty. The crab meat is very rich of Omega-3, fatty acid, which are related to be good for heart, (but it's still researched).
