Tips to Imrpove our Memory Ability

Some people in the world are forgotful person. It may be caused by the lack of concertation, or may be caused by the lack of brain ability to remember. Many possibilities can cause it. If you are one of those people, I will give you some tips to keep your memory ability good.

The tips are still on Herbs. The herbs are :

1. Ginseng. This ancient herbs originally came from East Asia. Special double-blind tests have shown the momory action af adult student to be increased with small amount of gingseng. You can add few grains of gingseng powder to your herbal teas daily. It can be used as memory aid and stimulant.

2. Gingko Biloba. Researcher in Europe shows that both short-term and thingking ability improve with doses of Ginkgo biloba. Holystic physicians usually prescribe a 40 milligram dose per day, but you better check this with a doctor or a nutrition expert.

3. Rosemary. You could include this herb when you are drinking tea. It's really useful to comfort the brain and refresh the memory.
